"Gazakh Cement Plant" LLC applies a comprehensive quality control system, is one of the main objectives of the organization, application and improvement of production and service processes in accordance with the requirements of international standards, normative and technical documents, applied ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. Quality management is applied to the production of concrete and cement, as well as raw materials and finished products, as well as processes in other areas, which in turn is brought into line with the requirements of international standards for continuous improvement of the enterprise.

 

The activity of “Gazakh Cement Plant” LLC is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, as well as ISO 14001: 2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001: 2018 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) standards.

 

In order to ensure the high quality of cement products, quality control of raw materials, clinker, mineral additives and finished products is regularly checked in a laboratory with modern technology that meets modern international standards of the plant, tests and analyzes in accordance with existing standards. Laboratory equipment is supplied from Germany, Turkey, France and Switzerland. Chemical-physical, chemical-mechanical testing and analysis of gypsum, limestone, marl, clay, volcanic ash, clinker and cement are carried out in the laboratory. The devices used in the laboratory are regularly inspected, calibrated and verified by the relevant executive authorities. The process of quality control, testing and analysis of manufactured products meets all the requirements of the standard, is carried out in accordance with the requirements of EN 196-1, EN 197-1. The factory produces CEM II / AP 42.5 R (Betonsem), CEM II / BP 32.5 R (Mastersem), CEM II / BM (PL) 32.5 R (Unisem) and PPS-400 (Sulfasem) products. are provided with Certificates of Conformity in accordance with the requirements of the standards.
