Dust contamination

 

Dusting equipment is used to reduce dust during production, and coating-type carriers are used during transportation. All unloading points of the plant are equipped with high quality dust collectors. Due to the large amount of dust at the outlet of the oven, an electric precipitator is used. 41 dust collectors were used at the plant. Dusters help reduce dust by 99%.

 

Noise reduction

 

Low-noise equipment is used, some equipment is equipped with mufflers and sound insulation. The sound produced by vibration is reduced by means of insulation. The central operator's room is equipped with double glazing and sound insulation devices. Maximum measures have been taken to reduce the impact of noise on the environment.

 

Cleaning device

 

The plant uses a wastewater treatment plant. The treatment plant treats 100 m3 of dirty water per day. The captured substances are suspended substances captured by precipitation. The treated water is analyzed quarterly.

 

Let's protect the living

 

Akkord Cement has taken many measures to protect wildlife, increase greenery and keep the population of the Republic living in fresh air. Parks and greenery have been planted on an area of ​​about 100,000 m2 at the plant.
